Rates

Rates are subject to change.

 

All rates are quoted before taxes and fees are applied.

 

All rates are based on double occupancy.

Deposits

To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit equal to 50% of the total stay after taxes are applied.  One night stay and package reservations are charged 100% of deposit.

Tax

A 1% Stowe Local Tax and 9% Vermont State Sales Tax is applied to your bill.

Minimum Stay

Minimum stay requirements may apply during weekends and peak/holiday seasons but are not applicable to stays outside of these time periods.

Breakfast

Breakfast is complimentary and included in your room fee. Served daily between 8:00AM-10:00AM.

Pets

Edson Hill does not allow pets, thank you for your understanding.

Large gatherings are prohibited in our Guest Houses unless organized and facilitated by the management of Edson Hill.

Cancellations & Transfers

Edson Hill will accommodate cancellation of a reservation within 14 days prior to your stay.

 

A $50 processing fee is assessed to all cancelled reservations.

 

Cancellations made within 14 days of your scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of your deposit – equal to half of your total reservation after taxes.
