Edson Hill Wedding Package

An exclusive property buyout guarantees privacy and intimacy for you, your families, and your guests throughout the weekend on our 38-acre estate. We close our restaurant, bar, public areas, and grounds to the public so your celebration feels entirely your own. As a result, couples and guests can settle in, connect, and enjoy the property together from arrival through departure.

Whether you are planning an intimate celebration of 30 guests in the Manor House or a tented wedding for up to 200 guests in the meadow, Edson Hill offers indoor and outdoor spaces for a full wedding weekend. The Edson Hill wedding package includes venue access for your ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and rehearsal dinner or welcome gathering across the weekend. In addition, couples may choose to host a farewell brunch for guests on Sunday morning before checkout.

Manor House Receptions hosted on our Upper Patio can accommodate up to 75 guests from June through early October, while year-round events in the Dining Room can host up to 45 guests. Use of these venues includes existing features and seating. Use of these venues includes the existing features and seating.

For larger celebrations, Tented Receptions in the meadow from June through September can accommodate up to 200 guests. Rentals are required for tented weddings, and those expenses are the responsibility of the hosts.

The Edson Hill wedding package includes a five-hour premium full-hosted bar, cocktail hour display, selection of three passed hors d’oeuvres, and a custom reception dinner menu. Reception dinners are three courses, and include a plated salad course, plated entrees & accompaniments, and a custom, tiered wedding cake.

Throughout the weekend, our team is dedicated to serving your guests and supporting your events. Edson Hill provides full-service waitstaff, bartenders, a captain, a maître d’, and a dedicated Event & Catering Coordinator for all booked wedding events.

Guests may enjoy the swimming pool and pond seasonally, along with non-guided hiking, biking, and walking trails on property. During the winter months, the Edson Hill wedding package also offers access to our 9 km Nordic Center for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and après-ski.

All hosts are required to enlist the services of Randi Nonni Events, an exceptional full-service wedding planner who understands the intricacies of our historic venue and whose expertise aligns with the Edson Hill standard. Those planning services are priced independently and are the responsibility of the hosts.

Meanwhile, Edson Hill’s in-house planning team works in tandem with Randi Nonni Events to assist with the flow and details of your wedding weekend at Edson Hill.

Couples who have booked an Edson Hill wedding may schedule access to the property for an engagement photo session. This is an exclusive offering for contracted wedding clients, as professional photography is not otherwise permitted on property outside of a booked event.
