Open Tuesday - Saturday 5 - 9 PM. Public welcome. Private Dining Rooms available (winter only). Cell phones and devices are not permitted in the Dining Room.

The Tavern is currently open with limited seating by reservation only. No seating at the bar.

Meet our talented Executive Chef,
Jason Bissell
A Vermont native, inspired to cook seasonal dishes with local ingredients.
Since starting in the restaurant business, Jason strived to work in the best kitchens and surround himself with top chefs in Vermont and on the West Coast. Prior to joining the team at Edson Hill, Jason spent seven years under the tutelage of renowned chef and friend, Michael Kloeti, and then held the position of Head Chef at Idletyme Brewing Company in Stowe, VT. Chef Jason joined Edson Hill in June 2017 as our Executive Chef and was immediately celebrated for the creativity and masterful execution of his dishes. The Dining Room and Tavern at Edson Hill has earned a popular following among local culinary enthusiasts, and discerning, well traveled visitors under Jason's leadership.



The first time I set foot on the property at Edson Hill I saw the raw potential for amazing food, agriculture and an outlet for my artistic abilities. My goal is to create food that fits the beauty of Vermont and Edson Hill.
