The picturesque barn is far from the only historical feature of note: Our Manor House, for instance—built by Rhode Islander Verner Reed—incorporates materials salvaged from some iconic Vermont structures, including red bricks from the Sherwood Hotel in Burlington and beams prepared for the barn of none other than Ethan Allen.
