“We visited Edson Hill for a long, snowy weekend with our teenager. The location was close enough to restaurants and ski areas, but it has the benefit of being in a quiet and pristine area away from crowds and cars. The property is gorgeous and has well-marked walking trails. Management and staff are professional and friendly, and their love for the business is clear. The restaurant has a small menu but everything is done exceptionally well. Their little pub is charming, and it offers a cozy f ireplace and creative cocktails.
