We are pleased to welcome Assistant General Manager, Drew Gelinas, and Event Sales & Marketing Manager, Ani Petrolito to Edson Hill!

At Edson Hill our philosophy has always been to offer personal service in a unique, luxury setting. The total experience of every guest who visits, whether for a few nights, dinner, a wedding, or a corporate event, is our number one priority.

To that end, we are thrilled to be expanding our hospitality team with two new members whose experience and professionalism will amplify the Edson Hill experience and ensure that it continues to be top-notch exceptional for all of our guests!

 

Ani Petrolito

Ani Petrolito is long-time resident of Stowe, VT and has been working in project and event coordination in Vermont since 2004.

After attending Quinnipiac College in Hamden, CT she began her career in the Mad River Valley as an event coordinator for Weddings,Tents & Events in 2004. Over the next ten years, Ani worked in event managing roles for many successful businesses, including The Rusty Nail, and was an integral part in the transition of Crop Bistro to the current Idletyme Brewing Company.

Ani brings her many years of experience to the role of event & sales marketing manager at Edson Hill and is looking forward to working closely with clients to create and coordinate unique and special experiences in our luxury setting.

Ani will be responsible for both private and corporate events at Edson Hill, offering a superior experience for our new and returning guests.

 

Drew Gelinas

With an extensive background in the ski industry, including managing and executing the 2002 Winter Olympics and experience working with the US Ski Team, Drew was a clear choice to become Assistant General Manager at Edson Hill.

A native of East Longmeadow, Massachusetts, Drew has made Stowe, Vermont his home for the last nine years and most recently worked as Director of Sports at Trapp Family Lodge.  In that capacity, Drew managed all winter/ summer trails operations including cross country skiing, maintenance, summer & winter trail events, mountain biking, outdoor center, programs, special activities and retail.  In addition, he maintains a current post as an Instructor at the Army Mountain Warfare School for the Vermont Army National Guard.

Drew will be involved in all aspects of our 23 room luxury boutique hotel, and serve as director of both operations and human resources.

Drew is looking forward to using his background and experience to develop a long-term strategic plan for events at Edson Hill, ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly, and to spearhead the revival of the Edson Hill Nordic Ski Center, opening for the upcoming winter 2017-18 season.

Ani and Drew will be using their combined experience working closely together to provide guests the best possible experience at our boutique inn and restaurant.
