If you would like to request a donation from Edson Hill for your upcoming fundraiser or event, please complete our donation request form below and submit an official letter of donation request.
All organizations eligible for an Edson Hill in-kind donation must adhere to the following criteria:
- The receiving organization must have a non-profit 501(c)(3) classification.
- Requests must be submitted at least three months prior to the fundraising event.
- The form below must be fully completed to warrant consideration.
- The completed form must be submitted along with an official letter of donation request on your organization’s letterhead.
Edson Hill reviews donation requests monthly. Once we have reviewed your request, you will receive an email message regarding our decision to grant or decline the donation request. If approved, Edson Hill will issue a signed complimentary certificate to be mailed to the address provided. Only the original signed certificate will be honored at the time of use.
Please be advised, Edson Hill will not be able to honor any requests from organizations that do not fall within our criteria specified above, or if the donation request form is incomplete upon submission.
