Rates

Rates are subject to change.
All rates are quoted before taxes and fees are applied.
All rates are based on double occupancy.

Deposits

To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit equal to 50% of the total stay after taxes are applied.  One night stay and package reservations are charged 100% of deposit.

Tax

A 1% Stowe Local Tax and 9% Vermont State Sales Tax is applied to your bill.

Breakfast

Breakfast is complimentary and included in your room fee. Served daily between 8:00AM-10:00AM.

Minimum Stay

Minimum stay requirements may apply during weekends and peak/holiday seasons but are not applicable to stays outside of these time periods.

Cancellations & Transfers

Edson Hill will accommodate the cancellation of a reservation outside of 15 days of your scheduled arrival date with a $77 processing fee.  Cancellations made within 14 days of your scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of your deposit – equal to half of your total reservation after taxes.

Photography & Filming

Edson Hill is a privately owned estate and does not allow access to the grounds for professional photography. The Inn maintains a strict policy against the use of its estate grounds (all interior spaces, exterior grounds, etc.) for unauthorized professional or commercial photography/videography purposes.  Please find additional information regarding photography and filming at Edson Hill by clicking here.
