The Thanksgiving Dinner 2023 at Edson Hill
Chef Picca and the Edson Hill Culinary Team have scripted a delectable three-course menu for our Thanksgiving smorgasbord, which’ll be served in The Dining Room at Edson Hill for 1 PM and 3:30 PM seatings on Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, November 23rd).
The Dining Room’s fishbowl views out to the soft-contoured heights of the Green Mountains will provide the swoon-worthy complement to the mouthwatering dinner menu, which kicks off with a Local Cheese Board for Two (complete with four locally made artisan cheeses, a variety of house-made pickles, crostini, and other delectables).
Choices for your first course include Arugulua & Apple Salad, Roasted Butternut Squash Soup, or Fried Brussels Sprouts. And the entrées tick every box when it comes to Thanksgiving cookery, with offerings including Turkey Roulade, Wagyu Beef Flatiron Steak, or Squash Lasagna.
The whole affair winds down on a marvelous note thanks to an exquisite dessert: Pecan Pie (with maple whipped cream), Pumpkin Pie (with cinnamon whipped cream), or an Apple Tart served with vanilla ice cream and more.
Now, we’ll admit that choosing your courses may be difficult, but here’s the thing: You also can’t go wrong!
And rest assured that littler diners will be well attended to thanks to a special kids’ menu featuring surefire winners such as Roast Turkey, Macaroni & Cheese, Vegetable Crudites (with ranch dipping sauce), and a Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae, among other possibilities.
