“Where do I begin?! Dining at Edson Hill was one of the most amazing dining experiences I have ever had in my life. The ambiance and decor were so warm and cozy: The food was out of this world. We dined on burrata with edamame hummus, honey crisp apple and beet salad, and a glazed salmon in mushroom broth. In addition, we enjoyed the Thyme after Thyme cocktail with gin, honey, lime, and St. Germaine and a maple syrup margarita. Everything was delicious and carefully prepared. Last but not least, all of the staff were warm and inviting. An experience that will not be forgotten and we will return on our next visit to the Stowe area.”. – December 2022
